Job summary

Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking a repair associate responsible for fabric repairs and parts preparation. You will document repairs caused by fabric flaws or errors requiring fabric re-cut and coordinate with Central Fabric to obtain needed material.

You will hand-mark and cut parts, use automated cutters if needed, help locate missing components, and ensure timely delivery of repaired items. The role includes maintaining Repair Form copies and supporting non-routine assignments as required.

• Write up repairs for fabric flaws or errors requiring re-cut fabric.
• Take Repair Form to Central Fabric to obtain needed fabric.
• Hand-mark and cut repair parts while inspecting fabric and matching center points.
• If unable to hand cut, cut fabric on automated cutting machine.
• Assist locating missing parts (arm caps, pillows, bases).
• Ensure repairs are received from fabric area in a timely manner and delivered to the operator needing the repaired parts.
• Maintain copy of Repair Form; check with customer service on "no-fabric" orders within 2 weeks.
• May perform other duties/special or non-routine assignments.

3. Hand mark and cut any parts for repair while inspecting fabric and matching center points.
4. If unable to hand cut, cut fabric on automated cutting machine.
5. Assist with locating any missing parts required to complete the item ex. missing arm caps, pillows, bases, etc.
6. Ensure that repairs are received from fabric area in a timely manner and delivered to the operator needing the repaired parts.
7. Maintain copy of Repair Form. Check with customer service (no later than 2 weeks) on "no-fabric" orders waiting to be received.
8. May perform other duties/ special or non-routine assignments as instructed.
