Rug Doctor is hiring a full-time Repair Technician to service and maintain our equipment while delivering excellent customer service at our established locations. Monday-Friday with full benefits, the role requires the ability to work independently and self-manage productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on mechanical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a track record of reliability.

Qualifications

• General mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Prior experience repairing equipment is a plus.
• Understanding of warehouse procedures preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40-75 lbs and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment problems.
• Repair carpet cleaning machines as required.
• Prepare and ship equipment to Districts.
• Keep the warehouse organized and maintained.
