Spectrum is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in the United States to resolve concerns, upsell where appropriate, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across our Spectrum Mobile portfolio.

You will engage directly with customers, explain Spectrum's full range of services, and process transactions accurately in billing and order systems while meeting performance standards in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of call center sales experience.
• Knowledge of Spectrum products and mobile offerings.
• Familiar with billing, account management, and order-entry systems.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent communication and customer-relations skills.

• Process transactions accurately within billing and order management systems, ensuring precise account updates and new sales order entries
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor pricing and products to effectively compare offerings and retain customers

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of call center sales experience

• Working knowledge of Spectrum products and services, especially mobile offerings
• Knowledge of competitor wireless, internet, video and voice products and services
