Job summary

The City of Sioux Falls is hiring a Rental Department Associate to assist customers with rental equipment and deliver excellent service. You will answer inquiries, process rental agreements, collect payments, and ensure equipment is clean, safe and ready for use.

You’ll also help with reservations, scheduling, and maintaining accurate paperwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior customer-service experience, and familiarity with construction tools.

SUMMARY:

The Rental Department Associate’s primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their rental equipment while providing excellent customer service. This position will handle rental inquiries, process rental agreements, inspect, maintain, and display rental equipment and resolve customer issues or concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Work Experience
