Job summary

Powdr Corp. is hiring Rental Technicians for Woodward Tahoe/Boreal in Truckee, CA. This full-time, part-time or seasonal role includes employee housing starting at $350/month and a season pass to Boreal, Soda Springs, and all Powdr resorts.

You will help guests gear up, ensure proper fit and safety, and maintain rental gear while delivering friendly, professional service in a busy mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.
• No prior rental experience required—we’ll train you!
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fit guests with ski/snowboard boots and equipment by size and ability.
• Adjust, test and maintain rental gear for safety and functionality.
• Assist guests with returns, exchanges and troubleshooting.
