Job summary

Christy Sports in Colorado is seeking a Rental Tech to gear up guests for their ski days. You'll be the expert helping guests get fitted, comfortable, and confident before they hit the slopes. Bring your passion for winter sports and love of helping people.

You'll fit boots, skis, and poles, test bindings, and share mountain knowledge to ensure guests choose the right equipment. This role offers commission and a free ski pass, plus discounts and benefits, with opportunities for growth within the

Summary Description:

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and friendly shop experience.
• Get people excited for their ski or ride day by expertly fitting boots, skis, snowboards, and poles
• Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert
• Share your knowledge of gear and mountain culture, guiding guests toward the right equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions
• Other duties may be assigned

What Makes You a Fit:

• You’re outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day.
• You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
• Flexible with your schedule - holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.
• You're good on your feet (literally - standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
