The Rental Specialist manages the day-to-day operations of the branch rental department. This role involves processing rental agreements, coordinating equipment check-ins and checkouts, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with shop and yard personnel to prioritize rental needs and maintenance. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while supporting both customers and internal teams.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds and may infrequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
