Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC is hiring a Rental Shop Cashier for Monday through Friday, 1st shift, on-site. This seasonal, hourly role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities in a fast-paced resort environment.

You’ll greet guests, help them find the right rental package, and process rentals and repairs with the POS system while ensuring accurate payments and friendly service. Join a team that values welcoming hospitality and guest satisfaction, with day and evening shifts

Summary

Join our team as a Rental Shop Cashier and be the first friendly face our guests see when starting their mountain adventure! In this role, you'll help guests get the equipment they need, answer questions, and ensure their rental experience is smooth, efficient, and welcoming. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, with day and evening shifts. This is a seasonal, hourly position that comes with the chance to work in a fun, fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet every guest with a warm, professional welcome as they enter the building.
• Help guests find the rental package that best fits their needs and make recommendations when helpful.

• Handle all forms of payment properly and ensure transactions reflect the guest's choices.
