Ryder System, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Rental Sales Representative to serve as the front-line sales agent for vehicle rentals to current lease and commercial accounts, as well as new customers.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role is fast-paced, offers a structured work week with Monday–Friday shifts, possible overtime, competitive pay, and a full benefits package, including a 401(k) match

The Rental Sales Representative is responsible for acting as the front-line sales agent for the rental of vehicles to the Company's current lease and commercial rental accounts, as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs. This requires the Rental Representative to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management while utilizing excellent customer communication skills. This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your relationship-building. We allow you to carve out your own career path and promote from within , based on performance.
