Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at our New York airport rental counters for a customer-focused sales role. You will rent vehicles, promote products, and upsell services while delivering friendly, consultative service to travelers.

The position pays a minimum hourly rate of $20 with commission, and offers on-the-job training and employee discounts. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with potential overtime and varied shift schedules.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for renting vehicles and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters. This includes processing rental contracts, actively listening to customer needs, and recommending products and services that enhance their travel experience. You’ll use a consultative approach to upselling while delivering professional, friendly service that builds trust and customer loyalty.
