Job summary

SIXT USA in New York is seeking a customer service and sales associate who will be the first contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and managing our vehicle fleet. You’ll learn our products and enjoy flexible hours with strong development opportunities.

You will upsell upgrades and services, prepare rental agreements, handle inquiries, and aim to meet sales goals while upholding SIXT standards. This role offers uncapped bonus potential and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven upselling and closing skills with targets.
• Experience in direct customer contact (retail, service, tourism or hospitality).
• Excellent English communication.
• Willingness to work full-time or part-time and weekends/holidays.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.
