Job summary

Truckway Leasing in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Rental Return Attendant / Detailer to keep our trucks moving by fueling, cleaning and preparing units for the next customer. You will handle refueling, inspections, and returns with a focus on safety and reliability.

No CDL required for most duties; outdoor work, valid driver's license and clean MVR are required; strong customer service and basic mechanical aptitude are a plus. EEO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a clean MVR.
• Ability, interest, and willingness to work outdoors.
• Positive customer service attitude and effective communication skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred, demonstrated problem-solving, tool usage, repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Refueling trucks/trailers as they come into the fuel station.
• Checking fluids and completing the walk around inspections.
• Checking In rentals when they are returned.
• Cleaning and detailing rental trucks.
• Washing rental units.
• Dispose of trash left in a cab.
• Help maintain the shop when caught up on cleaning trucks.
• Other duties as required.
• Occasionally driving a truck or van - NO CDL required.
