Qualifications

• Experience at a rental car facility.
• Good organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the rental car process, vehicle preparation, and during the transaction.
• Aid staff in handling escalated customer needs.
• Maintain and adhere to rental policies and procedures.
