Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply Partners in Dallas, TX is seeking a skilled Rental and Repair Technician to support preventive maintenance, repairs, transportation, and delivery of rental equipment. You will ensure safety and on-time service while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade program, 1–2 years of repair experience, and the ability to read schematics. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years repairing and maintaining vehicles, equipment, or similar machinery, or completion of a trade school program.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on rental equipment and tools involving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Transport rental equipment, tools, and materials to and from customer job sites and company locations while safely operating company vehicles.
• Load, secure, unload, and inspect rental equipment during deliveries and pickups to ensure safe transportation and proper operation.
• Provide professional customer service during equipment deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
• Maintain complete and accurate work orders and electronic documentation of all maintenance, repairs, deliveries, and pickups.
