Opifex-Synergy is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join a team focused on building customer relationships, processing rental orders, tracking equipment locations, and coordinating logistics. • Provide outstanding detail-oriented support processing rental reservations/agreements, invoices, equipment checks, and credit applications.

• Apply excellent verbal and written communication skills to support sales and management teams.
• Manage receiving, organization, tracking, and relocation of equipment and attachments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

Work Environment

• Primarily based in a front desk or customer service office setting.
• Climate-controlled workspace equipped with standard office tools such as computers, phones, and CRM systems.
• Frequent interaction with customers, vendors, and internal staff in person and via phone/email.
• Regular visits to the repair shop and outdoor equipment yard to coordinate with technicians or support customer needs.
• Occasional exposure to moderate noise, dust, grease, and heavy machinery during shop or yard visits.
• Outdoor yard visits may involve exposure to weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, or wind.
• Uneven terrain and moving equipment require proper footwear and attention to safety.
• Must be comfortable transitioning between office environments and more physically active industrial areas.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills required across departments.
• Adaptability and situational awareness are essential in balancing administrative and operational duties.
