Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Cashier to handle customer transactions with accuracy and a high level of service. You will identify items, process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash at shift end.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining a clean station, and following safety and sanitation standards while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Mathematic Skills.
• Excellent sanitation habits.

• Ability to communicate and attend to guests with the highest standard of service.
• Ability to pass cash handling training.
• Problem sensitivity and the ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Identify items and compute costs quickly and accurately at the cash register.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Maintain cash register and contents; turn in drawer and reconcile at shift end.
• Greet customers and provide information on products, promotions, and policies.
• Keep the sales area clean and stocked; ensure retail area neatness and safety.
