Job summary

Flock Homes is seeking a Renovations Project Manager to own end-to-end renovation projects across flagship markets. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external partners, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely from the U.S. with regular travel to portfolio markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or operations with ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Real estate, renovations, or property management exposure preferred, remote work a plus.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools and ability to build workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead renovation and turn projects from initiation through completion with clear scope and timelines.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure accountability and communication.
• Source vendors, manage vendor relationships, and review invoices for project delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders, tracking metrics and outcomes.
• Evaluate new software and automation to scale renovation operations.
