Job summary

Urban Grid seeks an Analyst, Strategy & Planning to support growth by delivering accurate corporate reporting, insightful management presentations, and cross‑functional projects. The Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning, and interface with senior leadership to translate complex data into clear insights that protect project value across development, construction, and operations.

The role is hybrid in Houston (4 days in office, Fridays remote) and requires a Bachelor's

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in energy, infra, tax, or project finance.
• Foundational knowledge of U.S. ITC/PTC tax credits and safe harbor concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on development pipeline, milestones, and capital deployment.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs with accuracy.
• Automate reporting to improve cycle time and quality.
• Coordinate inputs across Development, EPC, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Ensure compliance with IRS guidance and tax credit rules in reporting.
