ENGIE North America Inc. in Houston seeks candidates for a Renewables & Flexible Power Graduate Rotation Program - Partnership Management. You will work with our Partnership Management team across wind, solar and storage assets in the U.S.

and Canada, building reporting and performance updates for partners and driving efficiency through process improvements. The 24-month program includes local immersion, an international assignment, and a consolidation phase to deepen expertise and HSE/digital

Qualifications

  • Degree in finance, economics, engineering, energy or related disciplines.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience including internships.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and curiosity.
  • Understanding of budgets and financial statements.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; Excel macros/PowerBI a plus.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and ability to navigate multicultural environments.
  • Fluency in English; local language is a strong asset.
  • Willingness for international mobility during and after the program.

With more than 100 GW of installed capacity across 20+ countries, R&F - GBU covers a diversified portfolio including Solar, Onshore & Offshore Wind, Hydro, Storage, and Flexible Thermal assets, supporting ENGIE’s ambition to reach 95 GW of Renewables & BESS capacity by 2030.

Partnership Management Mission:

You will work alongside our Partnership Management team in maintenance of our partner relationships across 11 GWs of wind, solar and battery storage assets across the U.S. and Canada. You will help with management of our reporting obligations, including preparation of presentation materials, to update partners on operational and financial performance of portfolios in which they are invested. You will also focus on process improvement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

Program Structure (24 months)

  • Mission 1:9-12-month A first local immersion tailored to your background and business needs
  • Mission 2:6-month Second assignment abroad in one of ENGIE’s R&F geographies (e.g., South Africa, Chile, UK, India, Australia, or Paris) Exposure to cross-cultural teams and new operational realities
  • Mission 3:9-month A consolidation local mission designed to deepen expertise and HSE/Digital etc. to prepare for the landing role. Focus on business contribution, autonomy, and ability to manage small projects or workstreams

Your Profile — Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking early-career professionals who are flexible, open to worldwide experiences and passionate about contributing to business and global energy transition.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in finance, economics, engineering, energy or related disciplines
  • 0 to 2 years of experience including internships
  • Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, adaptability, and curiosity
  • Understanding of budgets and financial statements
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Excel macros, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools is a plus
  • Excellent planning, organization, and ability to navigate multicultural environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience interpreting contractual language is a plus
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence others
  • Fluency in Local Language, English is mandatory; additional local languages are a strong asset
  • Strong willingness and commitment for international mobility during and after the program. (Be flexible about the destination and open‑ minded, remaining available for any business need and contributing to your development)

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid in‑office work policy; and is not eligible for remote work

Compensation

Salary Range: $90,000 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
