The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Renewables Engineering Co-op to support an ethanol production facility in hands-on engineering tasks. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and contribute to safety, reliability, and performance improvements.
As a student, you will gain increasing responsibility through capital projects, SOP updates, and field observations, with exposure to day-to-day operations and larger initiatives.

The Renewables Engineering Co-op provides students with hands-on experience supporting a dynamic ethanol production facility. Working alongside engineering, operations, and maintenance teams, co-ops will apply engineering principles to real-world challenges, troubleshoot process issues, analyze operational data, and contribute to projects that improve safety, reliability, and plant performance. This role offers increasing responsibility throughout the co-op experience and exposure to both day-to-day operations and larger capital improvement initiatives.
