What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Take over commissioning engineering and planning functions for utility-scale battery storage assets
  2. Develop and implement site-based commissioning plans
  3. Work cross-functionally with transmission interconnection, asset management, and EPC teams
  4. Serve as a thought leader in SCADA, EMS, and control system hardware/software
  5. Advise Asset Management on post-commissioning issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or similar discipline with High Voltage Systems experience
  2. Proven track record in multi-faceted commissioning engineering roles
  3. Intimate understanding of high voltage components and compliance procedures
  4. Experience leading commissioning engineering initiatives across various energy platforms
  5. Commercial understanding of PPA structures (a plus)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in renewable, utility, or clean energy companies
  2. Experience in commissioning management roles
