Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Process Operator Technician for Heartwell Renewables in Hastings, NE. The role involves a demanding rotating 12-hour shift schedule, on-call duties, and strict adherence to safety policies in a 24/7 facility.

You will monitor process operations, handle samples, and support equipment maintenance while passing pre-employment screenings and Audiometric tests; strong English and maths skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to perform rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with PPE and safety rules.
• Basic math, reading, writing and English proficiency for job tasks.
• Experience with process operations or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Live and demonstrate core values in daily operations.
• Monitor multiple screens and control points in a control room.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts including nights/holidays/weekends.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in on-call duties.
• Learn refining process operations and qualify on processes.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and prepare work permits.
