Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Renewable Energy Tax Credit Associate for our Minneapolis, MN office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives, and will advise developers on structuring transactions.

You will draft and negotiate tax credit transfer agreements, support financings and M&A in the renewables sector, and collaborate with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources unit.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of application or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
