BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Renewable Energy Tax Associate for a Houston, TX law firm. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, working with a team of tax lawyers on innovative matters in the renewable energy sector.

You will advise clients on tax credit qualification, support M&A transactions and tax equity financings, and contribute to a practice with significant client responsibility from day one. A JD with Texas Bar admission or eligibility is required, with LL.M.

Qualifications

• JD degree required; Texas Bar admission or eligibility.
• 1–8 years of relevant law firm experience.
• Experience with tax credit transactions and tax opinions.
• LL.M. in taxation preferred.
