BCG Attorney Search in Billings, MT is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Development and Finance Associate with 3+ years of law firm experience to join our team. The role focuses on developing and financing wind, solar, geothermal, hydrogen, and battery storage projects across the United States, advising on complex contracts and M&A as needed.

You will collaborate with clients, draft and negotiate PPAs, and provide support for project financing and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of law firm experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
