Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance of project transaction documents (PPAs, IAs, Lease, Finance, O&M).
• Support resolution of major plant outages or equipment failures.
• Collaborate with teams to identify asset performance optimization opportunities.
• Oversee project financial matters (P&L), budgets, and variance analysis.
• Process project invoices for prompt payment and accurate accounting.
• Be the subject matter expert on compliance and commercial obligations in project documents.
