Job summary

Ferrovial Webber Energy seeks a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee daily mechanical field activities on renewable energy construction projects. You will ensure safe, efficient work, and adherence to project specifications, while coordinating with project management, subcontractors, and engineers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of mechanical experience in energy, 2+ years in supervision, and strong drawing interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years mechanical experience in the energy sector, solar/renewables preferred.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience interpreting mechanical drawings and codes (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee field mechanical activities on renewable energy construction projects.
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and engineering team.
• Ensure work is safe, compliant with specs, and on schedule/budget.
• Provide technical guidance to field engineers and crews, review progress.
• Plan and schedule activities, inspect quality and adherence to standards.
