EWOR seeks exceptional operators to join a new department, with autonomy to architect systems and drive from prototype to production. You will translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and milestones, leading high-impact initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Renewable Energy.

You will report directly to the department founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders across Europe and the Americas, with remote arrangements possible.

Qualifications

• Experience leading early-stage initiatives (0-to-1).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
