America's Heartland Packing is seeking a Rendering Operator to grind and cook animal byproducts and deadstock using computer-controlled systems, while monitoring motor loads and speeds of equipment.

Responsibilities include quality checks, temperature records, and safe loading of finished products onto trucks. The role requires adaptability, reliability, and willingness to work nights or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Dependable, reliable; ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment for quality and record temperatures; inspect incoming materials for compliance.
• Loading of trucks with finished products; verify trailer cleanliness before loading; manage load levels and document paperwork.
