Job summary

BayCare Health System - Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL seeks an experienced RN for Renal night shift. The role requires administering patient care with nursing processes, delegating to the care team, and upholding professional accountability. BLS and RN licensure are required; ACLS may be needed by dept.

6:45pm–7:15am, weekends every other, on-site, full-time. Strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and professional development, with BayCare’s broad support network and opportunities

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and active BLS certification.
• ACLS certification if required by department.
• Experience or training in renal nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cares for a group of patients with minimum supervision applying the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Maintains professional accountability and pursues opportunities for development.
• Promotes evidence-based clinical care aimed at clinical excellence.
