CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Clinton, MD seeks a Registered Dietitian to deliver nutrition services for in-center and home dialysis patients. You will assess knowledge, educate on diet and labs, and participate in comprehensive care planning with the care team.

The role requires an RD credential, at least 1 year of clinical nutrition experience, and renal nutrition interest. Travel between facilities may be required; competitive benefits are provided.

Competenze

• Registered Dietitian per Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition encouraged.
• Current state licensure if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year clinical nutrition experience as a RD.
• Renal experience preferred.
• Leadership, teaching, strong organization and communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and use basic computer skills.

Mansioni

• Assess patient knowledge of diet and kidney disease & educate accordingly.
• Develop individualized care plans and document progress in medical records.
• Calculate diet prescriptions and monitor nutrition therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on treatment and labs.
• Provide ongoing nutrition counseling to improve clinical outcomes.
