Job description

We are seeking an experienced removable denture department technician. This is an in‑house position that includes an excellent benefit package. We are a well‑established growing partial and denture laboratory in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The right candidate for this position possesses strong attention to detail, along with artistic and technical skills in the fabrication of removable dentures. Experience in setting up and finishing cases is a requirement for this job. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with dental professionals on treatment planning and case management is beneficial.

Primary Responsibilities

• Read prescriptions with an understanding of dental terminology provided by dental professionals
• Experience with denture set‑ups, correct occlusion, choosing tooth shades and moulds for cases
• Experience with processing and finishing of acrylic partials and dentures
• Experience with occlusal splints, obturators, repairs and adjustment cases
• Communicate and collaborate with team members
• Assure quality control in fit, function, and aesthetics of removable prosthetics
• Maintain balance of efficiency and high quality standards in all daily processes
