Job summary

Asure Wound Solutions seeks a Clinical Specialist, Wound Care Supplies for a remote role based in the Providence area. Requires nursing home/long-term care experience and strong wound care knowledge. Travel up to 2 hours for site visits is expected.

Starting salary is $75,000/year with benefits including travel reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, and health benefits. Monday–Friday shift.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license required.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience in nursing homes or long-term care facilities.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing homes and long-term care facilities in wound management.
• Develop and implement wound care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and train staff on wound care techniques, products, and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely wound care.
• Monitor and document wound progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in wound care.
