McDaniel Law Services, LLC is seeking an Attorney to join its Workers’ Compensation Defense practice in Ohio. The role involves handling varied litigation matters, representing clients before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and in court, and managing a caseload with direct client interaction.

Qualified candidates will have a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Ohio license in good standing, with preferred workers’ compensation experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active Ohio license.
• Experience in workers’ compensation or related litigation preferred.
• Strong research, drafting, and client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload and represent clients before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and courts.
• Prepare for and attend administrative hearings and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents.
• Review medical records and claim files; communicate with clients throughout case strategy.
• Assist with all aspects of case strategy and preparation.
