BCG Attorney Search is seeking a workers' compensation defense attorney for our Springfield, IL office. You will represent clients, collaborate on case strategy, and draft legal documents as part of a dynamic team.

The role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited school and active IL or MO license with 0–10 years of workers' comp defense experience. A flexible, team-oriented environment is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active IL and/or MO law license in good standing.
• 0–10 years of workers compensation defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers compensation defense cases.

• Attend hearings and negotiate settlements.
