Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a remote US-based Claims Examiner for workers' compensation claims adjudication across diverse clients. You will apply examina­tion and investigative skills to determine payable benefits while maintaining service standards and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of claims management experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to determine exposure and timely resolution.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to excess carriers and coordinating directions professionally.
