Qualifications

• Education and licensing: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Licensing: Midwest states; MI or MN licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workers compensation claims to determine exposure and benefits within established service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate activity to claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain adjudication standards and collaborate with team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
