Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Nevada License knowledge or licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine benefits and timely resolution.
• 2Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority.
• 3Communicate claim activity with the claimant and client.
• 4Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions promptly.
