Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Claims Adjuster for Workers' Compensation to analyze claims, determine benefits due, and adjudicate claims in line with client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of claims experience, NC licensing, and a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's degree preferred). This remote role offers flexible hours and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Education & Licensing: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workers' compensation claims to determine exposure and benefits.
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with the claimant and the client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions promptly.
