Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Security Analyst to administer, audit, and optimise Workday security across HR, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and IT stakeholders. The role will configure and maintain security policies and groups, govern access, support audits and compliance, and enable secure delivery of Workday enhancements and releases.

Rate: $80.00–$85.00/hr. w2. This is a remote contract position; candidates should be willing to work on a W2 basis and enjoy comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Security experience.
• Strong knowledge of Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security Policies, and Security Groups.
• Experience with auditing, compliance, and security governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday security architecture.
• Manage security policies, roles, and access controls.
• Review access requests and perform provisioning and recertifications.
• Collaborate with Audit, Compliance, HR, and IT Security during audits.
• Develop and test security changes to meet evolving requirements.
