Experience with SQL, Excel, data profiling, KPI definition, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder analysis.
Experience implementing or supporting Workday or similar enterprise platforms.
Ability to work with business users and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes.
Configure, develop, integrate, or administer the enterprise platform within approved design standards.
Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies.
Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
