Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Workday Performance Module Consultant to serve as the SME for performance management. This remote contract role involves configuring Workday performance processes, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering data-driven reports.

You will document configurations, support release testing, and ensure compliance related to performance data. W2 employment with benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with company matching, life insurance) is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Workday Performance module configuration across talent, marketplace, skills, and performance.
• Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT.
• Familiarity with OKRs and continuous feedback models.
• Stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with AI enablement tools such as Claude, Gemini, GPT, Co-Pilot, or Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for Workday Performance Management and related processes.
• Configure and maintain performance-related Workday workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and IT to gather requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Workday Report Writer and BIRT.
• Test features during releases and train end users.
