Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Senior Consultant to lead implementation workstreams for Customers, Projects, and Assets. You will translate business requirements into practical configurations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

You will mentor junior consultants, facilitate discussions, and drive best practices throughout the project lifecycle, enabling streamlined financial processes and enterprise transformation across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Active Workday certification in Budgets, Customers, or Projects.
• 4+ years Workday implementation consulting experience.
• 2+ years leading Customers, Projects, and Assets workstreams.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical Workday configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client and stakeholder engagement.
• Coaching or mentoring experience for junior consultants.
• Organizational and time management skills for multi-workstream delivery.
• Collaborative with PMO, data specialists, and other workstream leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workday Financials implementation workstreams for Customers, Projects, and Assets.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Guide configuration and implementation activities aligned with best practices.
• Develop and execute test plans; validate functionality against requirements.
• Create comprehensive project documentation and training materials.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on solutions and progress.
• Coordinate with PMO and other teams to maintain project alignment.
• Support on-site activities when required during primarily remote delivery.
