Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in ER, ICU, or Occupational Health.
• Residency in IA, IL, or WI is required.
• Work Comp experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate treatment plans and coordinate medical care for injured employees.
• Establish return-to-work plans and provide counseling to support recovery.
• Act as a liaison between injured workers, companies, medical providers, and claims adjusters.
• Promote quality and cost-effective outcomes.
