Zusammenfassung

Project MORE seeks a talented contractor to build and optimize a new primary website using WordPress and Divi, focusing on a positive user experience and seamless content flows. You will manage the build from design through go-live, coordinating with teams and vendors while ensuring accessibility and performance.

You'll test, implement marketing tech, and align the site with the nonprofit's goals, reporting milestones and delivering high-quality UX/UI, responsive layouts, and clear navigation.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years experience with web design, development, and/or UX/UI with a demonstrated portfolio.
• Currently enrolled or graduated with a degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or similar field (2 more years experience can substitute).
• Familiar with web building tools and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML and CSS.
• Good understanding of SEO principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Proficient with WordPress (themes/plugins).
• Work effectively and collaboratively, manage multiple deliverables.
• Familiar with Project Management or Task Management software.
• Have regular access to a computer and internet.

Aufgaben

• Build entirely new website using WordPress and Divi builder.
• Test and QA web components.
• Integrate marketing technology and other digital organization tools into the website.
• Create a fluid and clean user experience that drives partners and community members to a desired action or journey.
• Liaise with team members and serve as de-facto project manager using Zoho Projects.
• Optimize website using A/B and beta testing and data analysis.
• Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
• Work with creative directors and visual designers to incorporate brand identity.
• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps.
• Create reports and manage marketing integrations.
• Coordinate design, content, and web assets from their teams.
• Suggest, craft, adapt, and copy edit content as needed.
