Job summary

IllTip is seeking a remote, part-time web developer to build and maintain client websites in WordPress and HubSpot CMS. This hands-on role focuses on turning designs into fast, accessible pages and includes troubleshooting live sites and implementing simple automations.

You will work with the marketing team to set up analytics, forms, and lead routing, ensuring websites stay performant and SEO-friendly while documenting tests and changes for the team.

Qualifications

• Strong WordPress development, including custom and child themes, blocks and page builders.
• Strong HubSpot CMS development with HubL templates, modules and forms.
• Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with HubSpot or WordPress REST APIs and tools such as Zapier or Airtable.
• Experience auditing sites with crawling tools and fixing the issues found.
• Clear written communication and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Build, update and troubleshoot client websites in WordPress and HubSpot CMS.
• Make technical fixes to live sites and document what was tested and changed.
• Build and connect forms, lead routing and simple automations between sites and marketing tools.
• Set up and check analytics and tag tracking with the SEO team.
• Keep sites fast, accessible and search-friendly.
• Share clear, timely progress updates with the team.
