Job summary

DSV is seeking a Project Manager, WMS Implementations for the Contract Logistics Implementation Team. This remote USA role oversees warehousing and distribution center projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, craft detailed plans, and lead steering discussions to mitigate risks and deliver results. Ideal candidates bring a four-year degree, 3+ years of PM experience, and 5+ years in logistics/warehousing.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required (Management, Engineering, or Operations preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years logistics/warehousing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document projects related to new business implementation.
• Coordinate with client, leadership, and contractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules with milestones and critical paths.
• Lead regular status meetings and escalate risks as needed.
• Manage project scope, budget, and change control processes.
• Draft MS Project files tailored for RFP responses.
• Foster planning leadership, risk mitigation, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and proactive follow-up on open items.
