Job summary

A leading IT services company in the United States is seeking a remote Software Architect for a 30-month contract, possibly extendable. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Windows server management, including administration, Group Policy design, and PowerShell scripting. They must be a current resident of the United States and have work authorization. This role is suited for individuals with a mid-senior level of expertise, particularly in the public sector.

Qualifications

• 84 months of administration and management experience with Windows server infrastructure including Windows 2016 or higher.
• 60 months of AD design and administration experience beyond user creation/management.
• 36 months of Group Policy design, implementation and maintenance experience.
• 36 months experience of PowerShell scripting related to managing server and AD objects.
• 36 months experience of LDAP schema and customizations, LDAP tools and ADSI.

Skills

Administration and management experience with Windows server infrastructure

AD design and administration experience

Group Policy design, implementation and maintenance experience

Windows Server vulnerability management

PowerShell scripting

Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) experience

Certificate Management experience

Experience with file system auditing software
