Job summary

Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Windows Application Administrator to provide technical support for enterprise applications on a federal government IT program. You will administer Windows Server-hosted apps, collaborate with teammates, maintain STIG compliance, and serve as escalation point for Windows issues.

Qualifications

• Security clearance: minimum T3 required.
• Bachelor's degree or current Microsoft certification (Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator).
• Minimum 5 years of Windows Server and application administration.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and enterprise application management.
• Familiarity with security hardening, STIG compliance, and patch management practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical operations for enterprise Windows application administration in a federal IT environment
• Collaborate with and support junior application administrators on Windows platforms
• Execute application deployment, patching, monitoring, and incident response on Windows Server environments
• Maintain STIG configurations and drive cybersecurity compliance across all Windows-hosted systems
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development teams to sustain application environments
• Develop and maintain SOPs, network diagrams, and technical documentation
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and technology refresh planning for Windows-hosted applications
• Serve as a technical escalation point for Windows environment issues
