Job summary

The Themesoft Inc team is seeking a senior Windchill PLM professional for a large-scale program in a hybrid/remote Houston environment. The role demands extensive experience in Windchill PDMLink, data migration, and API-driven configurations across PDMLink, PartsLink, SUMA, and MPMLink.

You will drive project definitions, requirements gathering, and process mapping, working with stakeholders and analysts to translate needs into design and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Windchill PDMLink implementation, upgrade or migration.
• Experience with large PLM programs across multiple modules (PDMLink, PartsLink, SUMA, MPMLink).
• Strong command of PLM business processes and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations and align project activities.
• Collaborate with client program manager on project-related items.
• Interact with business analysts to clarify requirements.
• Translate requirements into design and As-Is/To-Be documents.
• Understand downstream integrations and Windchill customizations.
• Provide POC if required and support onsite documentation.

Job description

Location: Houston TX- HYBRID/ REMOTE ROLE
Duration: 6+ months
Experience Required: 8-10

Experience with PLM Implementation, Upgrade and Migration with a minimum of 5-7 years in Windchill PDMLink.
Skills: EIS PLM - Windchill Functional

Role Descriptions:

Large PLM program implementation experience in Program/Project management including all aspects like business requirements| Integrations and data Migration Experience with Windchill for Product Lifecycle Management application on various modules (PDMLink|PartsLink| SUMA|MPMLink etc.)

Strong experience of project definition and planning| requirements gathering| analyzing and definition and process mapping Experience working in Windchill PLM application| in particular implementation projects.
Requires a strong command of the PLM business process.
Prior experience in at-least two end to end PLM Implementation cycles.
Extensive experience in Windchill configurations Has experience in managing implementation challenges in the area of architectural| design| integration| and infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Windchill Architecture and APIs.
